Can I cancel my membership?

Ask your provider about the terms for your specific membership at consultation.

Do hormone memberships include my first labs?

Hormone care starts with an Initial Hormone Consultation ($150) and Initial Hormone Laboratory Panel ($180). Your provider will explain what’s included in your membership from there.

What happens to unused neurotoxin units?

Neurotoxin Membership units accrue at 12 per month toward your next Dysport or Xeomin treatment. Ask your provider how accrued units carry forward.
