Yes. Every plan starts with an Initial Hormone Consultation ($150) and an Initial Hormone Laboratory Panel ($180).

Injections or pellets?

It depends on your labs and preference. Injections offer adjustable dosing; pellets mean fewer visits.

Is there a membership?

Yes. The Testosterone Injection Membership is $129 per month and the Pellet Membership is $150 per month. Both include quarterly labs and monthly B12 injections.
